Hi all,

I am a Danish guy living in the Philippines and i am happy member of this forum, i also notice many times in this forum that people talk about outsourcing their work and i was thinking if any of you wanted to outsource down here to the Philippines, its very cheap a skilled IT guy goes for around 15,000 php/monthly (around 150 USD month).... :)

Sincerly,

Jan

I would also be interested....let us together have a chat. Let me know about your skillset etc :) Reducing production cost has always been a priority during recession.

I just hired someone from there for $200 to $250 a month working 8 hours 6 days a week (little over $1 an hour). There english level i feel is way above my own its scary to think its their second language.

Always looking for more people so if you can hook me up with any im interested :)

I was about to start looking for someone from the Philippines so sure, send me your contact info.

You can find outsource workers by posting a request on Craigslist Phillipines section. I found this out on a video I got from BHW which shows you how to get an ebook researched and written for $150.

Here's a quick link:

I had posted some CL ads before for odd projects but never had real success to work with someone full time as they are mainly working out of a internet cafe or something like that.
Would you know anyone that has good skills with data entry and the likes but also with real WP/ php /html exp as well?

I need some indisder contacts, i always get crackheads on get a feelancer, who do somethin totally opposite of what i need them to do lol

hmmm.. I'm from philippines maybe i start my own team?

The problem is that someone who can do the 'skill portion' of building your empire is probably busy building their own empire. I think when looking for very low cost outsource employees, you should look more at them doing repetitive, time-consuming tasks like rewriting content and link building.

I'm moving to Angeles City later this year and this is exactly what I plan to do. There are a lot of people who would jump at the chance to work with filipino outsourcers, and a ton of filipino students who would jump at the chance to make a buck outsourcing. The problem is they don't usually have any way to get together. Being an effective middle-man in this situation should be a way to make some good money helping people out on both sides.

tell me what you want from pinoy i can get you a good qualified workers.
im from philippines cebu city.

I'm from the Philippines too and I've been using some of my contacts here to create articles/blog posts/seo services for me :-)

It's nice to live where labor cost is low.

However, you need to know who has the right skills for the job. In any outsourcing tasks, you must be able to know who is really saying the real thing.

They can always put that they have experience in this and that but the truth is, sometimes, they're really a novice.

Even I outsouce some tasks to people and later on, they haven't completed the task that I assigned.

The real good ones are in the $10+ an hour. But you can bargain for $8 per hour I guess.

Did any of you consider that that you are hijacking manhattan1s thread. He wanted to do a joint venture then everyone else jumps in on his thread..fucking ridiculous

I understand what you're saying, but the OP pretty much said "Hi, I've noticed labor is cheap here in the Philippines."

While he did post in the JV forum, he didn't say "Hire me" or "Here's what I can do, somebody want to work with me?"

I could just as well post a thread that says, "I noticed Indians often have low salaries." - it's just a pointless thread in the JV area unless you're actually proposing something. At least people started a dialogue that kept it from being a waste of space...

I've tried to outsource to the Philippines before but have usually found it to be a waste time.

The good ones have a 'pay me the going US rate' which defeats the object but try explaining that to them. I did and it was just a 'going round in circles' situation.

The other type is like somebody above posted. They claim they can do it, even show you projects that 'they' have done. Then you start working with them only to find out that they actually can't do the work. When they start to realize you're getting wise to them they just go silent on you and whatever money you've paid is wasted.

Just my experience for what it's worth. Like most things in life you get what you pay for.
