    I personally use odesk. I have found that you can watch what work is going happening and it is very helpful.

    You can find workers on there for really cheap also, you just have to look. As soon as you post a job, you get hit with a ton of people ready to go to work for you.

    Still using elance now...

    Though people think that the bidding there slightly higher...

    I am still quite satisfied with it.
