I've this situation :

read many ebook about seo, on page off page etc, link building, sb etc.. but when come to a project in reality, the only thing that I can do (except manual backlinks) for link building is outsource, pay some services fee...

Is this a good habit? Anyone has a good result when using fully outsource method?

(there r tons of services here.. should I buy some tool like scrapebox, market samurai to stop keep outsourcing?) hmm...

Outsourcing is not bad.. But first you should understand SEO in depth yourself..

That way you will understand what services work and what Dont.. For eg. Profile links dont work now.. So spending even $20 on Profile links(doesnt amtter even if you get like 10,000 of them) will be waste of money..

So understand SEO and then outsource :)

I have a SEO company and still I outsource sometimes :D..

For starters

http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/buy-sell-services/372544-pagerank-burst-zeal-private-high-page-ranking-blog-networks-starting-just-25-a.html

is one of the better services available..

Hope that helps

I outsource everything. I learned each program and how to use it effectively and saw the results i wanted. Now i can train people on exactly how to do it. Imagine trying to teach someone to play the guitar properly without even knowing how to play it yourself. Learn seo first, then train. Then never ever ever build a link again. Seo is not going to make you rich. Running and owning your business will

Totally correct. Learn everything you can about SEO and even experiment a little bit and you will learn just how full on backlinking can be. The reality is that you will want to outsource at least some of it. There are plenty of good services here on BHW or you might end up wanting to employ someone full time.

I personally only use Scrapebox. I also write most of my own content.

I outsource everything else. But before I began outsourcing, I made sure I understand SEO quite well. You don't need to be a full out EXPERT, but you should know the basics at the least.

outsourcing is a great way to scale up, but it is important for you to know how it all works before you start outsourcing.

ive had this same habit and i blame it and myself for not earning more. if i put in the time to learn SEO i can use the money i spend on that for new domains lol.

Hey geniusmark,

Don't forget that one of the goals of outsourcing is to free your time for more pertinent tasks. So instead of focusing whether you can or should outsource everything, try focusing on which outsourced tasks would give you more time to work on the things that you really want to do or should do.

Are there areas of your business that only you should handle? Don't outsource those. Are there areas that are just killing your time and energy? Definitely outsource those. If you focus all your energy on outsourcing everything, you might lose perspective of why you're outsourcing in the first place. ;-)
