Outsource Blog or Keep Writing Myself?

Do you consider yourself a good writer? Do others consider you a good writer? Does research come easy to you, and do you enjoy doing it? Are you passionate about your niche?
The more of these questions you’ve answered with a “yes,” the more you should gravitate toward writing your content yourself. You want your content to be the best that it could possibly be. If you can deliver, then there’s no need to pay someone else to do it.
If you don’t have the time or the inclination to put in the work, however, then you should certainly outsource.
Of course, nothing is stopping you from doing both. Write some posts, outsource others. That method is particularly useful when branching out into other niches or sub-niches. You will be able to continue writing about what interests you, while hired professionals will help expand your business in other directions.

Time vs Risk.
Are you bored with the project and just want it done?
Or is it a passion that only your voice will tell?
You risk losing the plot if you outsource yet getting content from other contributors will get you the keywords and content indexed and earning quicker...
Bit of a conundrum, but there you go with my 2 cents.
In reality only you know what the answer is, but asking here may make your mind up as you see different perspectives.

It depends on the SCALE you want for your blog

Also, outsource only if you have a CLEAR TEMPLATE or QUALITY GUIDELINE SET to give your outsourced writers

I outsource the writing, plus the linkbuilding, I hate this type of tedious manual work and other people who specialize in it can do the job better than I can while I focus on other things.

I pay a premium price for a great team which certainly helps.

A wise man once told me: You can either pay with your time or pay with your money, time you can't get back but money you can. Life is short, don't forget!

Very good take.

When you outsource writing part, don't you give away anonymity of your blog easily?
Also how to make sure the content they write is fresh and not plagiarized?

At some point you have to scale. You can't do everything, so pick what you enjoy doing and outsource everything else.
