Outside/Inside SEO for landing page. Need Help!

Right now I started making my own Landing Page template. I?m making it in HTML5+JS+CSS. In middle of work I got some questions about SEO. :

1. What about inside site SEO. What should I add in website source to make it more friendly (friendlier?! ? that?s what my spellcheck offers) for Google?
2. Does static single page websites is still harder to rank than .blogspot.com/.blogger.com websites?
3. Is it still safe to use Download button which redirects to link locker, which lock PPD download page?
4. Does GOOGLE matter if backlinks is in website top or button?
5. Need idea about backlinks. I?m planning all them upload to my main website as subcategories at first (domain.com/name1, domain.com/name2). If I add in bottom space, where I add simple Links to other sites. Does it affect my Google Rank?

- Keyword density. I try to be under 3%
- Optimize your titles.
- Optimize your meta description
- Optimize your header tags
- Optimize your meta tags (for smaller engines)

2. Does static single page websites is still harder to rank than .blogspot.com/.blogger.com websites?
- Yes. Content is king, get a lot of it and make sure it is of high quality.

3. Is it still safe to use Download button which redirects to link locker, which lock PPD download page?
- Not 100% sure so I can't answer with confidence.

4. Does GOOGLE matter if backlinks is in website top or button?
- Yes and No. Get a diverse set of backlinks and on every type of platform you can think of.

5. Need idea about backlinks. I'm planning all them upload to my main website as subcategories at first (domain.com/name1, domain.com/name2). If I add in bottom space, where I add simple Links to other sites. Does it affect my Google Rank?
- Focus on getting links to your homepage first, then to your subpages.
- Linking to other sites will only help them out. And you don't want to do this if they are in the same niche as you. Recipricol linking is also pointless unless you're linking to a site that gets a ton of traffic and isn't a competitor.

SEO is very important for your website, you would have to concentrate on your website content and ensure that you have optimized the site including title, meta tags, description etc. Keyword density should be less than 3% as if its more, Google will raise a red flag. Download worked fine for my site, so i think it wont be a problem for you too. For backlinks ensure that they are evenly distributed, first have backlinks for the home page and start getting some traffic to your site, then you can focus on individual page backlinking.
