I've recently taken on outreach management for my company, and I'm finding that our PR team, influencer marketing team and myself are often trying to speak to similar people at the same company.
I'm on the hunt for some decent CRM that we can all work from and ensure that we don't step on each other's toes.
I've looked at a few out there, but they all seem to have some element of email marketing involved. I'm just after a way to manage who's reached out to who, something that's a bit more user-friendly than a spreadsheet.
