Outreach tools / methods for free graphic design opportunities (Pitchbox, Buzzstream, Scrapebox?)

I'm looking to find a list of urls and contact emails for sites that have provided reviews/advice/lists on free graphic design and blogging/publishing resources.

I realise there are many ways to do this, but what method &/or tools would you recommend?

At this point, I'm more interested in finding quality target urls AND the contact person / email address (rather than the 'reaching out' part).

Is it better to invest in a tool like Buzzstream? (Pitchbox seems far too expensive!) or buy scrapebox? Or pay someone experienced in scrapebox to do the work for me?

The cheap version:

• Use Ubbersuggest to find backlinks from reviews/advice/list of your targeted domains
• Filter the backlinks (you'll have to do this manually to highlight only the links/domains that interests you)
• Use https://hunter.io/ to find email addresses related to that domain
