Outreach method - What tools do you use?

Link building throttle on full speed - I just bought these tools:

Scrapebox to scrape for URLs and filter them with kws: guest post, write for us etc.

hunter.io to find emails, but should I just drop hunter.io and use scrapebox email finder instead?

?? Then what software to use to send the emails? Mailshake vs gmass? I need several different gmail accounts on one user if possible because I will be doing guest post for different blogs.

Any suggestion my good bhw members?

Try the free version of Streak CRM (works inside Gmail like GMass) and use the mail merge feature to send bulk emails.

Both are pretty good email senders. I noticed that Mailshake got expensive compared to 2017 when I used it the first time.

So someone else on another forum said to me that it is a great idea to use: D7 lead Finder to get the names of companies + Snovio to bulk send your emails.

What is the best to do?

Use Hunter.Io to get email addresses, and Gmass for bulk emails + automatic follow ups.

Well i happen to use Vocus . io for email broadcasting. It is pretty easy to use download the chrome extension setup your campaign and you're done. Besides email broadcasting you can also use it for prospecting, validation, email tracking, setting up automated followup etc. The tools comes with free 30 days trial so just give it a shot.

YAMM is my go to, it's so good and it's free. Tracks everything too.

Configure the email and spreadsheet. Then get a VA to populate the fields (better this way as you can get them to find the name of the right person) and then get them to send them off as well. Might need to make a 1-2 min video showing them how just in case. Works for any kind of outreach, just make the email really human lol.

You could have a different sheet for each to suit what you need.

"Guest pos" "write for us" are easy footprint for Gogole to penalize sites that are selling links. If I were you, I would stay from site with these types of foot print.

I use findthatlead.com to find emails.

How many emails you send per day? I heard gmail is very strict with new email and will ban the account if a new email is used for bulk mailing.

Gblast does the same thing as Gmass but for no cost. Works exactly in the same manner
