A somewhat deceptive and unethical way to do it is to change around the on-page content of the Wikipedia page to remove mentions of the keyword in question, but in most cases you're just going to have to do it the old fashioned way. It's completely possible, but it will take a lot of time and your site has to have a great deal of authority behind it.

For best results, i will suggest to you manual.some fiverr are provide best results but it's not sure.if you not use adsense that condition black hat software is good.

That would be such a good idea, every day go and remove all the keywords from the wiki article, maybe I could create a bot that could do that. Enter in the keyword and the article and every time the article changes back, it will do it again

if you go with fiverr, in fiverr lots of seller provide good services but i am sure who's provide good service and results as well that's reasons i will suggest manual.

Outranking wiki is not an easy job. You have to do a lot of work to get that position. None can guarantee.
