Hi guys, I have a niche e-commerce site, trying to find easy words to target but the first page for everything is flooded with Amazon, Macys, etc. How can I tell when something is possible to rank for and when it's impossible? 1) Some of the keywords I'm going for, say for example I'm targeting "20 cm thick bike tyres", the top 10 SERPs are all optimized for "bike tyres" with no mention of "20 cm thick", except maybe one single result on their product pages (even none in some cases). Because I'm going for longer tail forms of keywords, will I be able to outrank these sites which aren't optimized for my target keyword despite their ridiculously high authority, assuming the Page Authority for those results is low? 2) Is it possible to outrank them if they're targeting LSI versions of the keyword? For example instead of "red pushbike" they're going for "red bicycle". 3) A lot of the time it's like if I'm going for "motorbike tyres" their page titles are like "Tyres - A selection of motorbike and car tyres" so my target keyword is broken up in their title and meta descriptions. Does this make them easy to outrank? I assume it's impossible. 4) Sometimes their pages have very poor optimization for my keyword. Like I am going for "black and yellow tyres" and they are going for "black car tyres" with MAYBE one black and yellow tyre on the product page. Would this be an easy keyword to target? I'm trying to gather as many EASY (or at most, medium difficulty) keywords as possible which won't take a lot of money or effort to outrank.
