Outranked by noobs ? WHY ?

So I sell electronics , I am top rated with over 1000 feedback , 0 defects , 0 late-shipments, powerseller , all that good shit but some of my listings are literally getting outranked by people with bad feedback and people who just started ebay , I have no problems with beginners and giving them a chance, but pushing the best seller in that category almost at the bottom of page 1 is unacceptable. This has had an impact on my sales but not as significant as you might think . I've tried making those listings from scratch , and relisting them , they go up to position 5 or 6 and a few hours later they drop again .

Am I missing something ? Usually sellers like me should be getting the top spot. I offer same day handling time and 30 day returns which is higher than everyone else too. How do I manually rank higher as long as it doesn't put my account at risk and why are these people ranking higher than me ? Is ebay's algorithm broken or something ?

Just like the Facebook algorithm chooses shit pages first, above reputable ones. Why?

Because you're already hooked and you ain't got another Ebay to go to. You got a clean history, good rep and you already give Ebay what they want. You're no longer their priority. They're not in it to keep rewarding you, they want new blood.

Ebay wants to grow. So they give newbs a chance. Newbs get a taste of sales at the top and then they will become profitable for Ebay AND also get outranked by the new newbs when they become hooked like you are.
