Outrank upwork / codementor?

Hey guys, I was just wondering on what the difficulty may be to outrank upwork and codementor, on a low competition search result, about 36k pages listed. the keyword is *something* developer so the ranked upwork & codementor pages just show the posts which clients make about their jobs and developer infos.

Would appreciate some guidance, thanks!
