I'm trying to drive traffic to my viral news website, but I'm having difficulty getting my CPC down to their minimum of $0.03. I have friends that spend close to $30k a month with Outbrain with campaigns at $0.03 driving US/UK/CA/AU/NZ tier 1 traffic, but I can't seem to get a $10/day budget to sell through at $0.03 yet. I've tried boosting my campaign at suggested CPC rates for a few days and then slowly lowering it down to $0.03, and that didn't work. I even had an ad have a 1% CTR, and even that couldn't drive traffic at the minimum. Can anyone help in this regard? Thanks again.
