outbound call center?

Can anyone recommend a quality outbound call center company.

I was thinking about using http://www.weanswer.com but wanted to see what other people recommend.

I work in the same office as this company (ArkTeleServices), definitely a professional operation. They have a good amount of people in this building, and I know they operate a few other centers in the states as well. PM me your skype if you want more info.
