Out-rank forums

Hi guys. So I am working on a project and this is the idea:

- the business owner has some problems when people are searching for his business name like 2 forums and 2 reviews site
- now, on the bottom of page one there are about 3 sites that bring a positive image to his business, all containing his business name in url etc

Now, is it possible to build links to those sites with his business name as anchor? I mean, do they have any chance of out-ranking the crap forums?
In the image, I want 6 and 7 to go down or even on page 2 and 8,9,10 to go up. As you can see, no links and low PR...

What do you think, possible?

If forums URLs are ranking for a keyword, then its pretty easy to outrank them. In your case, its very very easy Just build backlinks to 8, 9 & 10.

Also 6 and 7 are forums so you can register there and post a positive review in that thread.

Yes, already started with some social bookmarking and don't know...should I build web 2.0 to 8,9,10 and blast them with xrumer or blast directly to those sites?

And yes, I'm already registered there and so on but just want those damn forums to vanish..even if you start posting positive reviews when people see complaints that is actually pretty bad for a business...
