I’ve played by Googles rules, Google sucks. Instead of increasing my sites ranking how about tanking the rankings of others in my niche? Is it possible? Cost, method?

Has anyone done this before?

Of course it's possible. It's called negative seo and it's not allowed at bhw. No negative seo and any discussion on it like how do I do it.
Blackhat seo is okay and allowed.

Instead of thinking about that kind of stuff and considering paying for it, pay a service to help you with your own SEO and Blackhat SEO, it will be better for the long run

Don't follow their rules as they're mostly lies. They tell you to create quality/original/correct content for users, but what they rank is seo optimized content with lots of backlinks regardless if such content is accurate, good etc.

You will never see google telling you to create generic filler content and build backlinks, but it's what they ultimately use to rank websites.
 
Negative SEO doesn't work easily these days. It may have some effect on the sites but eventually, they will recover if they already have a solid link foundation.
 
So in your mind, your competitors are to blame for Google's issues? Negative SEO sucks, man. And it's quite ineffective anyway.
