Our website design doesn't convert well

Our wordpress http://www.vintagepornbay.comdesign doesnt convert well (like 2500 uv/daily per 1 subscription). What do you suggest us to improve on the design?

- form that pops up when page is loaded should have an X button, or when you click outside the form to let the user close the form, they might not click Enter tour and they leave
- can't read the text on the left because it's black on black
- this part doesn't look good

Yes you are right. But how to add that x button or other one?
We lost a lot of traffic maybe just bcz of this.
