I am currently working with a website builder company that provides drag and drop options to create websites for $9.99 per month

I am looking to partner with agencies / freelancers / individuals who can sell static websites to small local businesses

Here is the Proposal
We design and develop the website for your client. You just need to update the content you receive from the client. You get to keep whatever you charge
We get to keep $9.99 per month that the client pays

So, let's say, you know of a local business (say a landscape business or a plumbing company) that wants to build a website - you may charge them $250 or $2,500 - all of that comes to you. We get to keep $9.99 per month to cover our resource and server cost.
We help you design and develop the static website for your client and all you need to do is update the content you receive from them.

Let's make it sweeter for those who 'd like to service their clients
If you feel you would like to charge an AMC in addition to the one-time setup, we are fine with that too. You may charge your client AMC of whatever you would like and pay us only $9.99 per month

Let's make it even more sweeter
If you'd get a client on board and would like to pay for a year in advance, happy to give a further 25% discount on yearly AMC ($7.5 per month)

Pretty straightforward. We already have a few successful partnerships with agencies and freelancers locally. Want to see if similar alliance could be formed with the BHW community

All partners in a venture take full responsibility for the service and for each other's actions in respect to that service. So here it is again

We will be offering free website design and development to your clients (static website upto 10 pages). You charge them what you want and keep all of it.

We need them to pay hosting with us.

If you want to charge your clients an AMC too, you may do that and pay us the monthly hosting

We are working with a lot of agencies on this model. Happy to show serious partners a few samples of our work and live websites using our platform

Hi There. You are right.

We design it - The only charge the client needs to pay is $9.99 per month (20% further discount if they pay for a year). You get to keep the one time charge as well as the AMC that is charged by you to the client

At the moment we are working with 8 partners and can take more.
