Hey everybody, I came up with this new site called: ouo.io

I haven't really used it yet, but I was hoping if anyone else has experience with this? I heard it gives higher cpm than usual link shrinkers.

I'm not trying to advertise anything, if I was trying to, I would add a referal link instead, I haven't used the service at all, I don't even know if they are legit or not, they could be a scam site for all that I know. that's why I'm asking.

Well, you can't put links as you are a new member, so it would be hard to add a referal link.

And for your question:
