OtoHits + PTP website?

I have about 1.000.000 points on otohits so I saw some people making some little money buy promoting PTP links.

Which PTP websites is the best? All of them looks "scamy" to me. I mean no serious template no payments proofs and something like that.

Does anyone had success with any PTP website.

Yes , you could monetize low quality traffic , but not ptp , because ptp is middle man better go directly to cpm networks , me and some of my clients monetize low quality traffic with some cpm networks ..... if you want i could pm you a hint to start .....
