Other website than Empire/Flipa?

Good day y'all,

I'm currently on the verge of selling my main website, and have issues with Flipa.
After I spent hours to build my listing, I see that Flipa don't take more than 2 month of revenus.

The website is 2 month old on the listing preview, when in reality i's 10 years old.

As Flipa isn't free, I don't want to try and pay for nothing because potential buyers will think either it's a bad try at scam, or the website makes 50k profit per month instead of 5k.

I know only one other website which is Empire, and already checked the Facebook private groups which seems to be full of scammers.

We're talking about a 6 figures sale and more than 10 years of work, can't take the chance to lose it all to a scammer.

Any ideas or recommendations?

Also list on FB groups, I have seen some big ticket sales go smoothly without the heavy fees. Also always escrow.

I did, unfortunately my website is in French language and there isn’t much French groups.

English ones doesn’t seems to be interested in another language business tho.
