How do you guys rank your videos in youtube?

Backlinking ? Video Viewing bots?
lol sorry for the noob question I'm not familar with youtube..

I get a surprising amount of traffic from links dropped in forums.

Not spammy comments, but real comments on high PR high traffic, highly moderated forums. eg Lonely planet thorn tree (I'm in travel). Visitors from these forums also convert at twice the rate of SE traffic.
 
is there any good Youtube blueprints on BHW, and a good fiverr video service?
 
BING & Yahoo :D and emailing. I'm working hard on FB too but it's not that easy to get a 100k fanpage...

that was only an example you can use it for pretty much anything, if i was promoting football jerseys i would post on football videos with comments like "check out my channel for the latest football jerseys" or "Click my username to see the latest football jerseys" just an example hope that helps :)
 
I have been using yahoo answers alot lately. But will more people visit my the links i post when I reach higher levels on yahoo.

Referral sites mostly, like some article sites or some Social Media like Facebook. Yahoo comes afterwards.
 
I hear еveryonе saу Facebook and Twitter but іn mу experience, thоѕе engines are onlу usеful when уou do twо things:

1. You engage wÑ–th other people.

2. You provide substantial value.

Remember, get involved wіth а conversation with уоur target audience and constantly think, "What's In It For ME?" (WIIFM). Essentially, make it аbout еvеryone elѕe and what уоu саn do fоr them.
