OK - Odnoklasniki.ru a fully Russian tho but have more potential then VK
also Vimeo and DailyMotion seems like been missed in 1st and 2nd post
there's also RUtube a Russian again video network like a youtube but they charge $ monthly for making bank on video ads.
and mail.ru got (MyWorld) fastly growing Russian again social network
then SoundCloud seems like missed also there's CloudMix and few other those all music/treks social network
the list is actually huge and we see time from time them poping up but never stick to it
EDIT: there's also newly fast growing also starts coming up mobiles social networks that's mostly targeting mobile traffic and have huge huge 24/7 online activity's
they also all splits on generals like video netwroks or just picture networks or music networks or mobile location friend location finders networks etc..
