What are these called and do you guys know others like it (whether free or nulled or paid version)? It's great how it appears on every page and you can position it at the top or bottom etc.

I thinks it is "Sticky social bar". Not sure but have seen something similar.

Yeah its a WP Plugin.
It pops on all your pages and you can choose where to position it.
Just do a search on WP Plugin Database you will find tons of such plugins.

Men, it's the wibiya toolbar for sure. Check the first four character of the input box in that screenshot
