Hi guys,

Can you recommend different services like Microworkers, where you can build many links quickly and for cheap - yet they're not automatic services like xrumer?

Most crowdsourcing solutions have heavy restrictions which forbid tasks like this. MicroWorkers in an exception. I have not found any alternatives out there. If you can figure out how to properly word a project to get around amazon's TOS you might be able to use Amazon Mechanical Turk.

I found only RapidWorkers but it's basically the same sources as MicroWorkers, and much less fast.
So... bummer.
