other method to reach us traffic for affiliate

i live in egypt as as many of you i try to reach us traffic, i hearedf about sim card and 4g proxy .. people say to use VPS and use the desktop version and manyy costy solution
i was thinking what if ?
what if i make a friend of mine living in us make tiktok ( and other social media account facebook, instagram and pinterest ) account and to give me the user and password and i use managment tools like hootsuite to post and manage the accounts without even login in using the disktop or app
so its like an us residence make an social accounts and hired a social media manager for his accounts ! do you think it will work ?

There is a way to do it directly on PC without VPN or sim cards, you don't need to have people across the world to post to US TikTok.

You need residential proxies, don't need anything else, and people here sell sms verifications for like 1 dollar. If you play your cards right, you can profit. However, whenever i post on tiktok i get an average of 200 views, maybe one comment. so maybe figure out how to get views then try targeting us audience.
