I observed it other language blogs and sites are faster rank to English sites. Is it? if yes tell me which keywords and language should be prefer to this goal achievement.

No one is going to tell you the keywords, setup a site and learn by trial and error. That is what the rest of us do. No shortcuts, no spoonfeeding.

It's better to use a language that you know yourself so that it is easy to verify the content.

The English market is saturated, making it harder to rank. With other languages, the competition's usually lower. In my experience, targeting languages like Portuguese, Dutch, or even certain Asian languages can show quicker results, especially if you're tapping into niche markets.
