Hi, I'm looking some type of redirect for my website that could redirect through filters of mobile OS (ios or android) and by country. Anyone know something like that? Or anyone who could write it? Thanks

Is it a WP website or custom platform?

Well right now it's just a domain that redirects to an offer. I'm trying to get the offers more specific.
