I was recently offered a job to ORM a small moving company, with that being said I immediately started asking the general questions of what the company wants done and how they want it Blackhat/Whitehat. Without surprise all the company wanted was a good way to deal with negative reviews, how to get more positive reviews(real or not they could care less) (Google Review/Third party site fake review service) and how to manage and view all reviews on every website with easy access.(some sort of review scraper?) Now after all this being said I could do this manually and spend hours upon hours gathering all this information and providing it but this is blackhatworld after all isn't it? There has to be some sort of well priced ORM service or tool that has all of these features plus some that I didn't mention laying around somewhere, if there is it would be greatly appreciated if I could get linked to one, for as the research I already have done on this type of service I have had no luck with. Thanks in advance.

Using a system like that will be able to help negate negative reviews and will help gain positive reviews.

Other than that you could do fake reviews. Respond to all the reviews you get. I doubt you need a scraper to see all the reviews coming in. Could just setup notifications to forward to a specific email. There's only a few review sites (GMB and Yelp) that would even matter for a local moving company.

Then you could also rank some parasites (Youtube, Reddit, local forums) about their services like "<small moving company name> reviews" .

That's about the gist of it unless they have tons of negative reputation online.

How much are you charging them?

I haven't quoted the company yet. But I have seen that link you posted and I was wondering how that service prevents bad reviews? I understand its a funnel that gathers reviews about the company both negative and positive, but when a customer goes straight on google and click google reviews/ mymovingreviews (another moving review site) what prevents them from posting what they have to say? To me the service just seems like it prevents the dumb pissed off clients that click on a ranked funnel paged from reviewing on real review platforms and instead send a message to me? But lets say they have a good review for once (which is rare for this company)how does that good review from the funnel page get transferred to a reputable review platform like google reviews, yelp, mymovingreviews, etc. Thanks for the information so far this is all very good information as I have NEVER worked in this field LOL. But if I do a good job at making this business reputable I could make a killing as they are super desperate to keep a clean record and to only have a positive presence online.
