[ORM] Review Funnel TOS

We all know there are some sketchy legal issues involved with online reputation management depending on how blackhat your practices get. I've been developing a new review funnel based on the 7878 method and decided it was probably a prudent idea to write some good Terms of Service to slap underneath it. This might be of help to someone... Also, if you guys have any suggestions of additional topics that should be addressed, definitely chime in!

This website is maintained by X on behalf of one of its clients. The site's primary purpose is to serve as a guide to consumers who wish to share their experiences using the client's products and/or services. In no way is this website directly soliciting online reviews from its visitors. Furthermore, consumers have not been incentivized, or coerced in any way into sharing their opinions by either this website, or X. X has made every effort to ensure that this website complies with the Terms of Service of the major review sites it refers traffic to. In no way should this, or any of these review sites be used by individuals erroneously posing as customers of the client, or by any users offering false, intentionally misleading reviews. By using this website (even in a limited capacity, such as a referrer) to leave an online review of the client's business, the reviewer affirms that.... 1. They are a real consumer that has used the client's products and/or services before. 2. This website and X have not offered any incentive whatsoever in return for an online review of the client's business. 3. Their review is open, honest, and representative of their experience with the client and its products and/or services.

I made one small change to this in red above. Only one word, but wanted to make sure and explicitly imply that the service was in no way affiliated with the review sites.
