ORM - Google - Supression - Pay by performance

I've got a client that I've been working on that just has a few results I can't seem to get pushed off of page 1 (at the bottom but not off at this point) and I wanted to bring someone else in to assist me and try some new techniques.

Anyone confident enough in their ability to work on a pay by performance basis? I've already doled out too much cash on this to pay anyone based on their word that they're good.

If you're confident enough in your ability to be paid when you accomplish something, let's talk. I have plenty of other work I can bring you in on if it goes well.

We know each other You can't help me on this one

Have you had them sign up with as many citations as possible? What kind of business are they? Have you had them create different forms of media, youtube videos show up at the top, same with newsworthy PR.
Also what's the PR of the url that you're trying to suppress?

Yes, I've been doing this for a very long time. I've done all of the normal / basic stuff and gone quite a bit past it (I'm sure BHopkins can testify to that fact). I'm under a strict NDA so I can't disclose details with those that I don't also have an NDA with but I basically just need someone that's got some unique or powerful juicing ability to help suppress with the positives below them. Don't have the budget left to 'test' with people and hope for the best. I need someone that's willing to take on some of the risk with their confidence but I could certainly make it worth their while if they're successful.

the only thing I can think off is to create some 2.0 or blog, and create a pbn around it (not the money site) and raise it up past it.

Still looking for anyone willing to help on this project. It's mostly done just need someone with some unique juicing ability / assets to finish'er off.

It's strictly pay-by-performance so you'll need to have some confidence in your abilities. Can no longer afford to take anyone on their word.
