For a prospect I need an SEO who can deliver all that is needed to outperform a few links in a local search engine when searching for the name of the person.
The ranking pages we are looking to beat are from local newspapers and blogs (pretty tough DA/PA), there are just a handful. These pages are pretty heavy (50+ Majestic Authority) to beat.
Are you the one who can deliver:

I do have an idea how I would do this, but I need an experienced person here.
I don't need a plan that is too detailed in the beginning.
