There is no one supplier - JAP and others have 100s of services, these are made up of a mish-mash of different bots and suppliers focusing on different services and platforms. JAP and others gather as many original suppliers as they can into one place and if they cannot find the source of a service they will resell that particular service from wherever they can buy it. So its a big mix.

Exactly. Plus not all panels have the expertise or desire to promote the best services of their kind for different reasons.Often they would sell the services of a lower quality or/and higher price, just because they are used to some specific old providers and are not willing to test new ones or remove solid services forever, just because they experienced a temporary problem during updates.
 
there is no one, there are hundreds of direct suppliers, and the panel only unites both direct and resellers, followis is of course an old reseller, but in terms of volume the same jap has already completed 7 times more
