I just checked the theory with France. It is quite possible. Hosting JAP is also located in France

Most of the panels advertise for perfectpanel and on their seite you can find an adress in russia and a skype contact. They provide only the panel software but they propably know all panel owner

If it's a seller of 130+ links, then he's lying. There is no source.
To do this, a branch has been created so that we can exchange information and find a supplier. I have little interest in how this will affect local sellers. My goal is to find a direct supplier, not someone's business
