Original Affiliate address Vrs Redirected domain

Can anyone help me with this question?

Here is the example. Lets say there is a person who belongs to an affiliate program and his affiliate website address is www.abc.com/?=/membername

This person has registered a seperate domain of XYZ.com and is redirecting XYZ.com to his affiliate website of www.abc.com/?=/membername

Is there a way that I can find the syntax of the actual affiliate website, the
actual address of (www.abc.com/?=?membername) if all I have, is his new domain name of XYZ.com and when I visit the XYZ.com site this is the only address appearing in the address bar?
