Hi Vpssoftspot,
You need to perform seo such as link-building and social media, not buying up traffic at all. Don't start off with the wrong foot unless otherwise stated. If you do need traffic services to either boost or lower your cpc rates, increase your cpa/ppd/ppv etc. chances, perhaps buying legitimate and quality traffic may be the way.
