Is a slow steady decline for organic traffic means bad sign of keyword research or content marketing? How to fix steady decrease for organic traffics and users?

You would first need to analyze where the organic traffic was coming from. Without understanding that it would be hard for us to give advice. By organic do you mean from Google?

yes from google search engine, organic traffic from google seems to have a steady decline? no ranking factor yet, just organic traffic

I don't think it's a bad use of keywords, maybe it's part of Google's algorithm and it gives less visualization to your page, the ideal would be to diversify your organic traffic making use of social networks as well although this is just my personal opinion and someone with more knowledge could explain you better.
