Organic Traffic too low??

Hello Everyone, I am stuck with a problem which probably am not aware of the solution. I have a website Vital Telcoms whose target is Uk. The complete SEO of website is performed. I don't know why is there no organic traffic even though keywords are ranking for the website. I do not know how to rectify and gain the Organic traffic. Please Help!

These might be the culprits:

1. No searches
Are you sure your target keywords are actually being searched in Google?

Use Keyword Planner to get the basic idea:

It might also be the case that there were searches before but no longer

2. Personalized results
Are you sure your rankings are "real"? If you are only checking rankings manually you are getting personalized results even when logged out of Google account.

3. Low rankings
#1-4 results are taking 90% of the traffic. Even if you are on the first page for your keywords it might not be enough to get any significant number of hits.

4. Wrong country
An error during keyword research phase. You are targeting keywords that have volume in US for example but none in UK.
