In my opinion most of those don't work as they cause more harm in the long term. Most of them only view 2 pages max and spend less than a few minutes on your site. Sure it is good if you have 0 traffic or low on page time, but it does not do a good job of a simulation of organic traffic.
I would suggest creating your own traffic bot, or paying a little more for a premium organic traffic bot. The funny thing is that the premium organic traffic bots don't advertise since they can't get to big lol The one I use says he doesn't want more than 50 clients
