Organic SEO Audit for Main KW

My rankings have been slipping for my main KW. My site is more authoritative than my competition, has more backlinks, does well in SEO surfer, etc. Yet my rankings are still slipping. I'm looking for an opinion on why.

I rank all of my long-tail stuff really well and am pleased with overall traffic to the website. My GMB also ranks, which still brings in money. I'm worried more about the long term. Thank you.
