• Shareable: Something that you?d actually share with your friends and recommend to your own network. If you won?t share it, no one will.
• Genuine: Your content must be genuinely interesting and not be a blatant attempt to game Facebook. So get rid of those, ?Click ?Like? to vote ??

No, I'd say if we follow a page, we expect to see it's updates. If the page spams or posts things that don't interest us, we can unlike the page. That's how it should work. Facebook is just coming up with a way to force pages to pay to have more of their updates seen. They are going the way of google. Put out an algorithm that will punish pages spammer pages but also pages that are relevant and doing nothing wrong, so they will have to pay for advertising.

I'm only surprised they didn't make this move sooner.

Yeah no shit lol. I too thought I was an cutting edge FB poster as some of my fanpages were doing great! All original content so I am golden... right? NOPE! As of few days ago all pages killed, all across the board... I could have an interview with Jesus and it would not get more than 200 likes.
