I am from the US and was running a Facebook ad campaign targeting countries outside the United States. After a few months I started to see a serious decline in all of my posts organic reach (dropping below 1% of my total audience). Has anyone else seen a serious decline in organic reach for business pages with fan bases in south america, Mexico, Hong Kong, and certain middle eastern countries? It feels like i'm being penalized by Facebook. Is there any way to boost this back up?

    Any feedback would be helpful

FB announced that starting 1st Jan, all posts that are direct selling posts will have much lower reach, as they give little value to fans.

This is from their official statement:
An Update to News Feed (November 15, 2014)
Beginning in January 2015, people will see less of this type of content in their News Feeds:
    1. Posts that solely push people to buy a product or install an app
    2. Posts that push people to enter promotions and sweepstakes with no real context
    3. Posts that reuse the exact same content from ads

So try posting regular posts, without any links to your sales page etc.
Your reach won't be too high, as organic reach is always declining, but I think it will be better than what you experienced in the past weeks.

    I hope this helps.
