Hey,

I'm struggling with organic growth. My photos I get 1200 likes per photo (4 photos a day) and get featured as top posts on several 700k hashtags. Somehow, on an awerage day, I only get 20 followers organically - those who I haven't follwed before while some similary big accounts get 5x-6x as many. I believe I should be getting more. One thing that might be turning people away from me is my follower-followings ratio (8,3k-6,2k).

Any ideas how can I increse organic growth or is it too soon at this stage?

Not sure, but I have the same problem on a couple of accounts, so am interested in hearing any potential solutions.
 
How many followers do you have? 1200 likes per photo is pretty decent if its a smaller account.

How long have you been building.
 
How consistent are those engagement numbers? And is the theme of your posts consistent day to day? From my experience, people are usually more likely to follow a certain profile when they see that profile as a consistent source of a specific content they're able to connect with.
 
I have around 8300 followers (6300 followings) and get around 1150 likes/10 comments per photo (24h window) - during weekends 100 likes more. There isn't any big variation between the amount of likes between photos- last 15 photos are all in between 250 likes. I post 4 photos a day with 3h in between them and have been doing like it for last 2 months. All photos content is in same niche, broad niche but same.

I can't understand the meaning of organic traffic.
 
that a very good engagement ..... you should get more out of it.
 
I get 350-500 likes on one of my 50k follower page than gains almost 200 organic followers per day. I still don't understand why my engagement is stuck at 300-500 likes.
 
you are growing pretty average for the size of your account I think. you cant compare to others because you don't know what they are doing for growth, they could be getting shoutouts, following a shitload, getting boosted from bigger accounts, you just don't know.

I understand it as someone who follows you with you following them and liking or commenting on their photo.

That's what I'm wondering. What are they doing differently. The account I have've been checking for the past two weeks has 17k followers and never has more than 100 followings. It doesn't appear he's getting shoutouts because the amount of new followers is somewhat constant.
 
hes more than double your size, he will definitely grow more, maybe he posts more pics, is being followed by a larger account. there are so many possibilities.
 
and also your account looks spammy with that many followings

Organic = you do nothing to boost your follower gains,people follow just based on your content that you publish.
8k followers and 1k likes its kinda amazing,guess you have a pretty active follower base.
