I am in the self-improvement niche... My content is really good - providing value and all...

My question is - can I grow from 0 just organically?

My content style is short-form(1 slide quote) reels and long-form carousels(threads)...

My content is kind of like Dan Koe's style... I mean text-based...

Would love to hear your opinion on this... I have a total of 40 followers at the moment.

I don't have the opportunity to run the mother/child method as I was thinking, because the work on my brand takes all my time...

Show up consistently, build real connections by interacting with your niche daily, and craft each post with shareability and save worthy value in mind.

What do you mean by interacting with the niche? Commenting on other people's posts?

Absolutely! With consistent, valuable content like yours, you can definitely grow organically. Just keep posting, engaging, and being patient. It might take time, but it’s totally possible, especially in the self-improvement niche. Keep going!
 
One very key point is to make sure to have a good 4g proxy. The reason for that is, if you use a public wifi network (Walmart Wifi), there could be a good chance that is is flagged. That being said, instagram keeps track of that stuff and may limit the reach of that post. In that case, by using a 4g proxy (Which are most of the time extremely clean), will help boost the posts reach.
 
Can someone give me info on how many posts are the daily maximum?

You are already on the right track if your content provides genuine value and your writing style is as simple as Dan Koe's. You can definitely grow it organically, but you'll need to be consistent and very patient, because it will require at least some months to see some good numbers
