Hi,

What is the best way to grow after just creating the page?
I'm trying to keep it organic and rather not create advertisements at the start.
After I get about 1k followers I'm pretty sure I can scale it by just posting creative content.

Also, what tools do you recommend using to automate everything?

Sharing memes would get their attention. Memes related to your niche would be good. Videos that are also informative and funny will attract people to like your page

For sure. That's what i was thinking. But if I post a meme on a Facebook page with 0 followers, no one will see them :P Where to start?

How about facebook ads? Some exposure? joining groups related to your niche?
 
I suggest that you target organic and active followers. Try using Facebook ads and be able to set your target audience. This should do the job for you. Also, you may get some engagement by joining Facebook groups and actively participate in discussions. -Micah

Join other related groups and participate in them.. Once you've built some authority you can then recommend your page and ask people to like. Make sure your page is full of content so it's not dormant.
 
There are facebook bots that publish your ads in groups automatically at any time you want (timer option)
