Ordered private registration with crazydomains - didn't get it

I purchased a domain yesterday from crazydomains uk, along with private registration. Today i did a WHOIS on the domain and it appears it hasn't been privatized at all, and all my information is attached to it. I rang crazydomains and they said it 'hasn't been activated yet' and they'll 'do it now'. Are they taking the piss? I have registered domain privacy before and it went through instantly. Is this normal?

I have small query that shall we enter the name servers of our hosting or should only host at crazydomains

With crazydomains it's most definitely normal. I find it funny when people go to these obscure registrars because it's cheaper and then they complain about the service.
