ordered physical product...nothing.no emails,no proof of postage

i ordered a physical product about $70...i then asked for some kind of tracking or proof of postage. Nothing. They didn't even reply to any of my emails. Nothing ever arrived so it looks like it was a complete scam site.

What do i do? The money is more annoying than anything else. They were helpful and replied to emails before i bought then blanked me off. Cheeky b****'s

So do i contact their payment processor, hosts etc and tell them what is going on? Any chance of me getting my money back ever? Or is it another case of paying my "scam tax"?

How did you pay if it was paypal then pretty sure theres buyer and seller protection if its for a tangible goods.
