Ordered 25 citations from Bright Local - Whitespark only showing 12

Hi All

I bought 25 local citation from Bright Local.

When do a citation check in Whitespark, it is only showing 12.

Why is this?

Maybe some of them are not indexed yet?

All were confirmed 2 months ago so id imagine all would be indexed by now?

my concern is that the client is change address, so i want to find all current listings and update the address to the new one.

Try using semrush or ahref for the backlink check or if you have google search console see all of your indexed backlinks and find all the indexed + live ones from href/semrush. you can also check the FREE checker from semrush or bright local. After that do a manual search of your NAP with different variations of your business name or address hopefully you'll be able to find most of the directories and citations. Than you can login and change most of them.
