Order Form Submit but No Sale

hi guys i am getting order form submit but no sale, earlier 2-3 months back it was working good but now i am getting little to no sale, what could be the problem.

Maybe its just (bad)product, 7 day free, $1 trial period etc etc
I'm not sure but that is the case maybe?
Not every product is good, before we pay they say a lot of good things, minute after we pay when you log in you see some bad things = asking for refund or whatever...

Hope you are getting my point and what I wanna say.

Do you think that is the case maybe?

Need more information on that, how are you promoting, what site are you using etc.
