Order Form Linking Question- I want to link direct

I have landing page and want to link directly to the vendors order page...

What is the code to do this?

I asked my vendor but is so slow at getting back...but I get a ton of sales from his site

The reason I want to do this is because I want to advertise on Google and this is pretty much the only way to do it.....

My landing page links will go directly to the order page instead of the sales page.

I am confident enough my landing page will convert even better than his sales page, I have several versions set up for Split Testing....

I also understand I may have mask my order page url so that too does not look like an affiliate link.....
